Wicker Single Room
Single room located on west back side of the house on the 1st floor, gally kitchen,(THIS ROOM NO LONGER HAS A STOVE), private bath ( shower only).
Wireless, AC, Dish TV.  We do not have the sports package. 

Continental Breakfast : 
Continental breakfast is offered in our sitting room on the second floor starting at 8am.
May to Oct - Coffee, teas, juice, milk, cereals, yogurts, assorted fruits (when in season) and pastries.
Nov to April - Coffees, teas, juice assorted cereals.

PARKING: We do not have off street parking at the house . one car per room and is (3 min walk from house.)  Oct 2 - May 1 there is free street parking.  We do have an unloading area on the side of the house (10 min limit  Please).  As you come down Memorial to the house it is the first parking area just before the house.  Oct 2 - May 1 There is free street parking  PLEASE DO NOT park in the small area just after the house.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

50% deposit is required at booking, full refund if canceled within 10 days of stay. Cancelation policy: You can cancel at no charge up to 10 days prior to your stay. Cancellation within 10 days and there is a $100 cancellation fee unless we rebook the room.

Parking $19 per day, one car per room.
Additional parking is at parking lots daily rate (3 min walk from house to parking located on wharf across the street) We do have an unloading area on the side of the house (10 min limit).
