North West single room 
Single room located on the west, backside of the house on the 2nd floor. There are 15 stairs to second floor, private bath ( shower only).
Wireless, AC, Dish TV.  We do not have the sports package. 

PARKING: We do not have off-street parking at the house.  We do offer off-site Off-street parking  $25, one car per room and is (3 min walk from house.  We do have an unloading area on the side of the house (10 min limit  Please).  As you come down Memorial to the house it is the first parking area just before the house.  PLEASE DO NOT park in the small area just after the house.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at no charge up to 10 days prior to your stay. Cancellation within 10 days and there is a $100 cancellation fee unless we rebook the room.
