Located on 3rd floor east side, of the house ,2 sets of 15 steps to third floor.
Kitchen gas stove, private bath ( shower only) 
Living room with two queen murphy beds  (additional beds $25 each per night)
Wireless, AC, Dish TV.  We do not have the sports package. 

PARKING: We do not have off street parking at the house .  We do offer off site Off street parking  $25 per day, includes over night to 11am, (3 min walk from house.  We do have an unloading area on the side of the house (10 min limit  Please).  As you come down Memorial to the house it is the first parking area just before the house.  PLEASE DO NOT park in the small area just after the house.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

You can cancel at no charge up to 10 days prior to your stay. Cancellation within 10 days and there is a $100 cancellation fee unless we rebook the room.

We do offer off site Off street parking  $25 per day, includes over night to 11am, (3 min walk from house to parking located on wharf across the street) We do have an unloading area on the side of the house (10 min limit).
